The Oro Netball Association is a collection of small rural netball playing centres outside Popondetta in the Oro Province.  Oro Province has quite a high incidence of netball enthusiasts who keenly compete at the village and community level.

Oro Country has a strong administration and when able to, usually have a strong contingent represented at the National Championships each year.
